 Boatman Mahogany Works warrants that it  will use any or all of mahogany trees it plants on each plantation  purchased to replace trees lost by an owner or to supplement any volume  of harvest wood represented at time of sale to be available for sale and  not deliverable.  BMW will maintain a lumber operation on its property  to better accommodate the marketing of the owner’s logs.   BMW may plant  interspaced trees or plants for profit and/or to benefit the growth of  plantation mahogany.  These may include trees resistant to hurricanes  and insects as well as growing vegetables for profit.
