 BOATMAN ESTATES IS A 7,000 acre parcel of  land in the Central American country of Belize located in its southern  part called Toledo District.  It is situated close to the towns and  airports of Punta Gorda and Placencia, which is a major tourist  attraction.  It extends for six miles along the western shoreline of  Deep River where it opens to the Caribbean Sea with ready access to part  of the 165 mile long spectacular barrier reef. The property is an  original land grant of British Honduras, now known as Belize, to be a  mahogany works.  It was purchased by a Jaguar hunter prior to BMW  affiliates ownership.  The Norwegian Cruise Lines has purchased Harvest  Caye for a Port of Call which lies 12 miles distant and is bringing  their ships with thousands of passengers each month.  We have been  discovered and expect booming growth!  The Deep River is a navigable  river with manatees, world class sport fishing and inland waterways  through the rain forest. BMW is constructing a clubhouse and marina on  its shore to accommodate tourists and club members.​​
